About Us
Rare and Unusual
For Ken Kelly, cars have always been a part of his culture. Whether it was running on the drag strip in his hometown in California, or simply fixing up local cars, he started studying the stories of hundreds of American automobile makers who failed along with the ones who succeeded. Then, he began collecting and loving the quality and inventiveness of inventors who have come before. He found that people were genuinely interested in the stories of rare and unusual automobiles and decided to expand this interest by starting a rare and one-of-a-kind collection.
We are now proud to be a 501(c)(3) museum, showcasing dozens of meticulously preserved, rare as found, and restored vintage automobiles from the early 20th century. We hope to share some interesting stories with you during your visit.
